What's Your MOQ?

As for the moq, usually we suggest the customer order more than 200 pairs in one design one color one size, because so that they can get more reasonable production cost and labor cost, and you can also get some discounts! And we are very willing to listen your ideas and know more about it, because this is the first cooperation, we should know more about each other so that I can know how to help you better. So if you have any ideas for the quantity and socks, just feel free to let me know.

Can You Help Me Make Some Mock-ups For My Brand?

Sure. In our factory, in order to better to serve our factory, we have a professional designer team, and they worked with many famous brand, like alo, amin, amiri... and have rich experience in this field. And you can share your logo and design ideas with them to get the mock-ups!

What's The Care Introduction Of Socks?

To keep the beauty and softness of your socks, we recommend that you wash them at 40°C maximum, if possible inside out. Also, try to avoid iron at high temperature and dryer.
All socks made with special threads as Lurex/ Viscose / Wool / Angora etc must be washed at 30°C max.

How Can I Pay? Do You Accept Paypal, Credit Card, And Wire Transfer?

Yes we support PayPal, credit card, and wire transfer. You can choose the best option for you.

Can I Pay Deposit First For Start The Production?

Sure, we can accept 50% deposit first for start the production. And before the shipment, you can pay the balance.

Do You Do Samples Order? How Much For One Sample? Can I Get The Refund in Bulk Order?

Sure, we could make samples first for testing quality in person. And we will provide few pairs of samples, so you can also take some photos for preorder and put them on IG. And for sample cost, it's $45 per design, and will be refunded in the bulk if the order quantity more than 500 pairs.

What's The Courier Company You Work With? Can I Track My Delivery?

We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Matson... and delivery the socks to you safely and fast. After we ship them out, the sales will update the tracking number and update you the status. You can also track them throught the websit of courier company.

Will You Send My Designs To Others? I Don't Want Others To Imitate My Designs.

Our company attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of every customer, and will sign a privacy statement at the same time to ensure that your design, purchase price, etc. will not be disclosed in the market. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point we will share it with a third party.

What's The Turnarount Time?

Usually the production time of custom socks is about 14-28 days according to different quantity and design, it includes purchasing material, adjusting machine, making socks, sewing head, shaping, quality inspection, packing and other processes. All the processes are to ensure that you can get unique socks with the best quality! In addition, if you need socks for some urgent activities, you can also tell us and we will do our best to help you!
